Pros

NONE as far as I know

Cons

This company is in complete disarray. There is no financial runway, and employees are informed on payroll day that salaries will not be credited. This has become a pattern for months, with zero accountability and zero remorse from leadership. The leadership team is ego-driven, fragmented, and power-obsessed. Instead of focusing on revenue, stability, or company growth, the top management is more interested in protecting their titles and egos. Decision-making is erratic, conversations lead nowhere, and there is absolutely no long-term vision. The structure is extremely top-heavy, with too many people in leadership positions and barely any real execution capacity. HR is ineffective, disconnected from ground reality, and offers no clarity or support. Reviews, variable pay, and bonuses are consistently delayed—often without any communication at all. Employees feel undervalued, unheard, and misled. Trust is completely broken. This is not a workplace; it is a high-stress environment where people are expected to perform without being paid on time, guided, or respected. If you are looking for stability, leadership maturity, or even basic professionalism, this company is not the place.

Pros

Absolutely nothing to talk about

Cons

Toxic leadership behavior: The CEO has, on multiple occasions, belittled senior team members—including myself—in group settings. This creates a culture of fear and silencing rather than collaboration. • Unprofessional handling of compensation: Variable payouts are delayed by months and require persistent follow-ups. In my case, responses were met with veiled threats about reference checks—coercive and inappropriate at any level, let alone from the top. • Lack of true vision or direction: The company is highly reactive, with shifting priorities and no coherent long-term strategy. • Culture driven by optics, not substance: Internally, the focus is on appearance over impact. Performance is often overshadowed by internal politics. • Siloed teams and eroding trust: Cross-functional alignment is poor, morale is low, and retention is becoming a real challenge.

Pros

You get to learn corporate politics the best here

Cons

Leadership team here does not deserve to call themselves leaders as they make decisions to benefit them and their friends and sacrifice everyone else. P.S. Leadership team are people who were friends/ classmates at some point
