This company is in complete disarray. There is no financial runway, and employees are informed on payroll day that salaries will not be credited. This has become a pattern for months, with zero accountability and zero remorse from leadership. The leadership team is ego-driven, fragmented, and power-obsessed. Instead of focusing on revenue, stability, or company growth, the top management is more interested in protecting their titles and egos. Decision-making is erratic, conversations lead nowhere, and there is absolutely no long-term vision. The structure is extremely top-heavy, with too many people in leadership positions and barely any real execution capacity. HR is ineffective, disconnected from ground reality, and offers no clarity or support. Reviews, variable pay, and bonuses are consistently delayed—often without any communication at all. Employees feel undervalued, unheard, and misled. Trust is completely broken. This is not a workplace; it is a high-stress environment where people are expected to perform without being paid on time, guided, or respected.
