      Real work/life balance, great benefits, bonuses, fair pay, managers that won't step over your personal life and/or make you work more for nothing.

      Changes, changes & changes all the time. Sometimes it feels like a startup.

      Pros

      Good company with benefits, travel options, learning, lunch, nice atmosphere. Some teams are brilliant and super helpful

      Cons

      Got very toxic. Many people are promoted to managers who are not manager types. Managers sometimes have no idea what they doing. Few micromanagers, and lots and lots of burnouts.
