Pros

Only PRO to working here is the work life balance.

Cons

Any of the reviews on this page are actually by the senior leadership and or HR. This company doesn't care about their employees at all. And they don't care about their clients which are government agencies. The approval rating for the CEO is inflated also. He doesn't listen to anyone and comes up with these idea's of grandeur which are way off. They have no financial income for this year and next year. Give it another year before they close the doors. The entire Support department was just dismantled by the CEO and those who are left, quit.

Thank you for sharing your opinions. It is unfortunate that you left with such a negative impression. We can assure you that our Glassdoor reviews have not been submitted by senior leadership or HR, and that they are in fact unaltered opinions of employees, former employees and applicants. We care greatly about our employees and our clients, and we believe that we demonstrate this every day without fail. We fully support all of our employees throughout their employment with us, and this support continues even for those who may choose to move onto other organizations. Our current team, whether long-term tenured or recently hired, is made up of highly skilled, dedicated individuals who remain committed to delivering innovative technology solutions that will create a healthier future for all of us. As you mentioned, change is required for any business to survive. In order to change, we must sometimes make difficult decisions. We are confident in our abilities to address the changes we deem necessary so that, rather than crumble, we instead create new and empowering opportunities for success for the company and our clients.

Pros

You have a fair amount of independence. Good employees work there, although they usually don't stay for long. The equipment and software tools are up-to-date.

Cons

The turn-over rate there is ridiculous. In a six month span the company lost more than 7 excellent employees. The company pays significantly below market salaries and they would rather lose the employee than pay him/her that rate. They will deceive and lie to agencies get you to accept a work contract and then significantly undercut what they told the agency they'd offer the contractor upon full-time . Particularly, they financially exploit Indian workers and are quietly hostile toward other minorities. They are top-heavy, with most of their management working remotely (the CEO and President work 117 miles away, with the president working from home). It seems as though the executives don't not care about the growth of the company, nor the quality of the software they produce or the customer service they provide to the clients -- only that the company makes enough money to keep themselves and certain key, remote, management financially well-off.
