Leadership has a "give the customer whatever they want" attitude and will sale features, whether they exist or not, without consulting developers first. The only focus is toward growing the backlog, all while ignoring severe technical debt. Feature delivery time is sometimes expected in a matter of days. Average to below average pay. Morning meetings with leadership end in group prayer. Leave that outside the office.
