At times, because the team was so "close-knit," employees would butt heads or form cliques. Projects also got neglected due to action items changing priority or project managers being switched.

This company is extremely versatile, working with on many different projects with different goals. There is never a missed chance for a growing or learning opportunity, and the potential is endless.

The only con to this job is that work can be taxing at times. Many customers have many different needs; some are big, some are small, some are relatively simple, and some are very complex.
