Pros

Great place to work with a very positive and supportive environment. The work-life balance is excellent, and there is very little work pressure. Management, seniors, and teammates are helpful and approachable, creating a friendly and collaborative culture. The company provides good job security with a stable work environment and opportunities to learn and grow. HR policies are employee-friendly, and overall the workplace feels comfortable and motivating.

Cons

The only downside is that some projects still use slightly older technologies compared to current market standards.
