      Pros

      The biggest Pro, I see is the technology stack company is working with, covering every possible aspect of technology you can find out there. Let it be cloud, microservices, etc. People you'll find here are really good, they'll help you with your doubts, issues. Overall a good communicative environment. Another best thing is your opinion/idea(s) will have a voice, which is generally missing in MNC(s). Compensation/hikes is also not limited to mere 10 - 20 %, if you work hard, you can get it without asking.

      Cons

      Work-Life balance sometimes gets little tough to manage. But If you're a fresher or less than 2 years of experience. Skip this point.

      Good learning poor management

      Good tech stack If you’re willing to learn then only you will get chances to learn

      Cons

      * low pay scale almost all the old employees left their organisation because they’re not matching the Market. * for celebration and parties they give less budget and after that ask for contributions if it over budgets . * Bad code quality because they hired fresher more and not much guidance available for fresher. * poor management abd leadership skills as CEO is good person but he has ego and management don’t know how to retain old people. * MD was retired principal so here In IT company also he wants to follow rules and regulations like school. * lot of late night calls and even after that no flexible timing. * Don’t care about people whatever is happening with people they don’t help them.
