      Worst Company I worked for.

      Nice people in your Team.

      Cons

      No Growth You get treated like a number, employees don't get valued. Favoritism gets you somewhere, hard work doesn't Management doesn't greet when walking in. Management doesn't sit with their team members, instead on the other side of the building hiding away behind a desk. Management doesn't care when you leave the company, silence is golden to them!

      No Appreciation for Loyalty/Hard Work.

      Good Team Mates, people you can rely on.

      Cons

      No appreciation, micro management. Rhipe New Zealand is like a revolving door. Employees come and go as soon as they get something better, People don't stay where they are tolerated. They go where they are appreciated!, the company has no culture, you get watched 24/7. The place is run like a circus.
