Pros

There is nothing positive to say about this company. You will be in the heat/rain from 9 a - 9 p with absolutely no compensation unless you get someone to give you their credit card info.

Cons

They will tell you during interview and hiring process that you get paid daily or weekly but it's absolutely false. You will be soliciting in front of Wal-Mart's, Publix, Targets etc. trying to get people's credit card info to donate to some bogus cause. Bogus as in the company they "collect donations" for has never heard of them. You will be in heat, rain trying to get people to donate, using a "law of averages" to try and get busy and hard working people to donate by giving out their credit card info. They say they use an Amazon app which is absolutely false. You will only get "paid" by commission but honestly, would anyone reading this Ad give their credit card info to raggedy looking people (i.e. management) while busy with kids and families? We were thrown out of every Target, Publix, Walmart because customers would complain to the stores management about the horribly looking people outside with no uniform or company IDs tryinf to get credit card info. I only worked their for a day and if i wasnt in a company vehicle, a beat up old Corolla, hours away from home I would have left after I realized the scam, literally after the first 15 mins. BEWARE THEY ARE LIARS. Management comes to work in the same tired suit everyday (same tie, shirt, shoes, suit) with armpit stains, WHITE BOOGERS on suit collars and suit sleeves to insist you come in dressed to the T, only for them to change when they go in the field in old dirty sneakers, wearing shorts with buisiness socks. I came in dress buisiness casual everyday and looked presentable compared to the supposed owners, that the Walmarts, publix would insist I tell my "employees" (being the employed) to leave their property. The companies potential "marks" would ask me why I have my employees ( my supposed manager) work for me dressed like a bum, and to their surprise when they found out they were my employer. I would insist that any decent person, who is not looking to actively and knowingly scam people, stay far away from the two companies called " the best generation - bestgenglobal.com or Calixto International " for their own well-being.

Multilevel marketing nonsense

Pros

there are no pros here

Cons

I worked here for less than 24 hours. it was a scam by a rich guy who had young people do door-to-door sales in the height of the pandemic. there was no actual business plan beyond "get out there and do it". everyone showed up professionally, we were taught a pitch for 20 minutes, then everyone stripped down to gym clothes so they could not die in the summer heat going door to door. my "supervisor" in charge of training me was making 200 dollars a week after 80 hours a week. the first thing I experienced was the owner of the company yelling at everyone over Zoom to "just get the job done" and "there's nothing wrong with the pitch" from his LA mansion.

Not what I expected

Pros

You meet amazing people and you can develop great friendships.

Cons

Where do I start? They reel you in with bogus job applications such as for a receptionist, marketing assistant, social media manager, etc. Once you interview they are extremely vague about what the job is. They say "you speak with clients and come up with marketing and sales tactics". So you're here thinking you're going to come up with pitches for legit clients. Nope! Instead you arrive at 9am in business attire to practice how you are going to be speaking to people coming out of Wal-marts, Publix, etc. Mind you, you do NOT get paid for attending these daily training sessions. They keep you hooked by digging for personal info such as what your dreams and goals are, what plans you have, and all that. But they twist it and take advantage of that information. They find out what your hobbies are so that on your time away from work, they are constantly there. You never truly have a day off because they will try to be there with you at church, the gym, theme parks, etc. That way.... you constantly have work in mind. It's so creepy tbh. One more thing, if you end up leaving they will just tell everyone that you "couldn't handle it" and that you weren't meant for the great opportunities. And working 9am-9pm 6 days a week. If you don't make a sale that day you don't get paid anything despite working 12 hour shifts.
