I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at RevGen (FL) (Orlando, FL) in Apr 2020
Interview
The first step was submitting video recordings to a few written questions through a weblink they send.
The second is the "first round interview" with the Orlando "CEO", who is very nice and personable, but there is no direct talk about the job being applied for. It was a very brief 15 minute conversation with no real specifics.
The third step, or "second round interview", isn't really an interview but a pitch to become an "account executive" with them making $200-400 per week to start, obviously far below the advertised salary range for the position you think you are interviewing for. Initially, I thought the interviewer was simply describing what the company does, but once she got into the time frames for moving up and their sales philosophy, it became apparent it was a bait and switch.
I asked to clarify that the job I had applied for was not what I was currently interviewing for, and she admitted that the position didn't actually exist. I told her I didn't appreciate the bait and switch and ended the interview myself early.

Interview
First interview was a brief meeting. Second interview was a long pitch to get you to join their "team." Job is basically a scam where you stand outside Walmart/publix and beg people for money.
