Pros

Resolver used to attract fantastic people. Some of those people are still there. Anyone with a tenure of five years or more will be an exceptional colleague and person.

Cons

Where to start? There is no coherent leadership at Resolver. After the departure of the previous CEO (Will), the new CEO was completely underqualified for the role. Following the Kroll buyout a few years back, Resolver was quickly stripped for parts. Teams were pushed to sell underperforming Kroll tools, and Kroll staff with no software background tried to force square pegs into round holes. The product was completely rebuilt and fragmented. Morale is low, and most of the people who truly contributed to Resolver’s growth and earlier success have since left.

Pros

I don't remember anything good about this company.

Cons

I worked at Resolver (formerly Crisp), during which I faced persistent bullying and discrimination, particularly from a Palestinian colleague who was often used by senior management to harass employees they didn't favour. The head of HR threatened me not to mention these incidents after I left the company, further highlighting the toxic culture. Despite raising a formal grievance with evidence, HR tried to close the case without proper investigation. This colleague had a history of bullying others, yet no action was taken against him. I strongly advise potential employees to consider these issues before joining Resolver.

Pros

- nice office - the other SDRs are a great bunch

Cons

All the previous negative comments from years ago are still big problems today: - poor management - no growth or development - hire and fire model: you either hit immediately or you’re out - completely unrealistic quotas: as of my departure not a single rep on my team was hitting quota - massive tech issues - low pay - unneeded product in the market
