      Pros

      Worked with some of the most wonderful people, both talented and great to be around. Also extremely motivating mission, doing something very helpful to the world.

      Cons

      Some of the business decisions made resulted in big layoffs and work gets reprioritized to only later become unimportant again. Feeling of dependance on leadership decisions for everything, lack of trust in employees.
