Good progression and opportunities, depends on the department/manager but if you work hard you get seen Nice benefits like free coffee, Wednesday rides & subsidized healthy lunches Good mentorship and management culture. Budgets are low so they are junior heavy and really rely on training younger staff up making this a great place to start your career Compelling work and company mission Amazing flexible work package when you need it

It's a hard place to be a woman The pay is ok, they haven't raised the salary bands to match inflation over the years so it's got much worse but they are struggling financially Politically frustrating with fluffy decision making that creates delays and chaos I'd give it less stars for present day, blame culture and a cool kid club emerging

Rapha started off as a great place to work but over the years has gone downhill. The founder leaving and the new CEO starting has meant that there have been a lot of changes implemented very quickly that don’t fit with the original goals of the company. I would struggle to recommend any pros as I left. The Wednesday morning for riding riding is great if you do manage to use it.
Cons
New CEO ignoring the wishes of the staff and bringing the staff moral to an all time low. Actively told to leave if you want to look for any sort of promotion. Women are not treated well in the company - they are overlooked for promotions. No pay increases for years and no scope for real bonuses or opportunities to grow.
