Pros
Rapha started off as a great place to work but over the years has gone downhill. The founder leaving and the new CEO starting has meant that there have been a lot of changes implemented very quickly that don’t fit with the original goals of the company. I would struggle to recommend any pros as I left. The Wednesday morning for riding riding is great if you do manage to use it.
Cons
New CEO ignoring the wishes of the staff and bringing the staff moral to an all time low. Actively told to leave if you want to look for any sort of promotion. Women are not treated well in the company - they are overlooked for promotions. No pay increases for years and no scope for real bonuses or opportunities to grow.
