Rarely makes significant changes within the company and doesn't have the senior leadership to solve issues

Poor leadership in the product and sourcing lane with a lack of development or any interest from the HOs or Directors to invest in team members who show ambition. No inspiring thinkers to learn from or managers who really coach their team. Rapha is sadly going back to a boys club with a huge lack of diversity internally or catering for, externally. If you want autonomy in your role, like to think outside the box this place isn’t for you as the product LT can’t keep up with your ambition. If you’re ok with going into work and not sure if you will have a job by the end of the day, being hugely underpaid , doing tasks from the role above you without any recognition, and being managed by an unrealistic director who sets the same OKR every quarter, you will love it !

Lay-offs are always happening every 6-8 months. Terrible leadership and mismanaged teams.

Pay, hot desking, broken toilets and showers, low diversity, lack of women in leadership roles, poor progression beyond grad level, high workload, redundancies. Favoritism with popular employees getting featured in ad campaigns and taken on photo shoots abroad and leading company meetings.

I'd say there's no denying that Rapha has work to do to improve inclusion and diversity. Having said that, as a woman and current employee I do feel confident that the Leadership Team are fully invested in this work and ready to take the company on a journey, as they said in their public statement earlier this year. They've recently appointed a Diversity & Inclusion Consultancy to support and guide this work so I'm really excited to see where that takes us.
