      Leadership is lacking leadership skills Bottom up business, where a lot of the work and decisions are made from the lesser paid Poor pay Wide and unfair pay gaps

      Low traffic cafe, so there's a lot of down time if you're into that

      Cons

      management is poor. They should learn not to fuss over every little thing. Might save them a few inches on their hairline.
