If you are a fresher (B.tech - Local College) walk-in directly, Starting pay is 5k-7k (For 1 year) as you are chosen as Project Trainee only. (HR's Calling it as Corporate Social Responsibility, but the trainees things that if they don't select than they can try further and get better opportunity.) 6. So a fresher can start expecting good salary upto (3.5lac/annum) after 4 years only. 8. Hikes based on yearly sales of the product. 9. No work flow process (No pre-planning of projects), more rework as requirements are keep changing from starting to last day of the project. 10. No other or extra allowances of extra working days Timings - 11. If no work, you have to be there for 10 hours. 12. If work then the timing will vary from 10-17 hours a day. 13. Mostly people talk in tamil only. 14. Huge work pressure - no time to play tt and go to attend zumba 15. People who do hard work are taken as granted and more work is given to them. 16. Permission for free cab and other reimbursements are taken after approval from TL only. 17. In the name of appreciation, Rs. 250 gift cards are given. 18. At last time, they assign the work and which creates a lot of pressure for employee .Might some employees are not able to perform well in pressure. Less time is given to perform the task, so in hurry some things were missed and with those glinches things are sent to customer, so again the process of rework starts from beginning. 21. Most important thing , especially for NIT's You will be sent home, if your package is greater than 5 lac and the company sales are down. 22. 1. Its a SaaS company that tries to sell itself as product based(A lot of companies claim to be what they are not and ramco is not one of the good ones.). 2. They treat employees like underaged labor.(expect employees to extend on weekends with very little Overtime benefits) 3. Extensive use of Ramco Virtual Works. A terrible piece of software which will help towards ZERO career growth. 4. NO internet access at all even your mobile will not get the network. 5. They dont know how to manage Resource (Hired NITians to do copy paste and clicking work), And no one is benefiting. 6. No flexible timings, They count the in-time not the out time, every day its over-time and no appreciation or Over-time pay for the same. 7. most employees are underpaid. 8. Functional team (consisting of "Business Analysts") consider themselves above technical people and give ridiculous tasks to them. 8. deadlines are taken lightly until the last moment. Most of the time the employees are not informed so that they plan the project properly. 9. Over a period of one month only 15-20% of employees are doing any meaningful work. 10. All these leads to a very toxic atmosphere where people are both lazy and stubborn. 11. Very little progress made based on the time investment(thanks to Ramco Virtual Works) 12. Due to point 10 company is unwilling to invest money in good software. 13. expect the use of outdated software's with expired licences. At one point used of pirated software was considered. 14. Defect based company which concentrates on fixing issues rather than finding the root cause.Very little scope for developing new features and products. 15. After 6 pm they get hyperactive and want to finish work which will extend to 9-10 pm and over that they expect us be available before 9 am next day.
