      Good colleagues and team. Young vibes environment. Flexible hours. Suitable for fresh grads who needed to start their career.

      Cons

      Toxic management Low salary(below avg) and expects you to be very good No bonus and benefits Expects you to work overtime Worst decision from the management You are likely being monitored with a cctv everyday.

      - Nice and comfortable office environment. - Well-maintained with necessary amenities. - Plenty of nearby dining options for interesting and convenient lunch breaks. - Fantastic colleagues in the tech department – highly skilled, supportive, and friendly. - Strong teamwork in the tech department, facilitating smooth problem-solving and project implementation. - Competent tech lead.

      Cons

      - Strictly in-office with no work-from-home options. - Mandatory Saturday work hours on the first, third, and fifth Saturdays (10 a.m. to 2 p.m.). - Feeling of being constantly watched and heard by management through security cameras. - Low salary compared to industry standards, affecting motivation and sense of value. - Prevalence of gossip and rumours within top management, leading to a tense and unproductive work environment. - Manipulative management practices to keep employees in the office longer, based on flawed logic about productivity. - Traditional views on longer hours and productivity, leading to potential burnout and lower job satisfaction.
