Higher pay seems to be achievable mainly if you have certain "connections." Initially, I felt grateful for the opportunity and the salary, but seeing the broader environment, my motivation to work here has often dipped.
Additionally, I find the management here to be quite unstructured. Even basic things, like a clear organizational hierarchy, are unclear, leading to multiple and often conflicting directives.
