Pros

Hourly pay is great especially since you get overtime every week Vehicle stipend helps offset SOME vehicle maintenance costs If you can suck up to department leaders, the world is your oyster. Otherwise, you’ll be stuck in your position for years with no way to move up or laterally Benefits aren’t bad overall, but other companies have better

Cons

Asking for surveys constantly from homeowners feels like begging rather than truly having the best experience in mind for the homeowner They will ask to to manipulate how to ask for the surveys 3 strike policy in place (in reality it’s surveys that are anything less than 10s will be marked as poor performance and will be recorded against you) Sketchy vendors and building practices make you realize that Pulte cuts corners, can be worsened by the construction manager you have and whether they do or don’t care Inconsistent leadership across different divisions

Cons

Bonuses are suspicious They don’t fairly compensate based on what they say you’ll receive.
