Pros

The score you see here is probably someone is attempt at hiding how terrible this place really is. I can not think of any pros.

Cons

Dying product portfolio. Some old customers are left but they are losing a need for a VPN appliance. Poor executive leadership. Be careful what you believe. Impractical expectations for company growth. For a dying industry, they sure have big expectations. Zero new products with the ability to help grow new sales. Milking the old customers, but nothing on the horizon. Engineering Managemnt at the top is lacking IMO, and I’ve heard the same from others. Not many smart people left, everyone saw the future and got out while they still could.

Pros

None other than free food.

Cons

Oh, don't even get me started. Pulse Secure is the type of company where you give its products to a toddler and they start crying and die. There are a lot of company politics. There needs to be way more diversity. Too many Indians, there are like the three token black people if you call it "diversity". The best employees are in the marketing department, hands down. I guess another big thing is teaching interns like they are normal people. In the Intern Club, it tends to be more of a military boot camp. The interns are watched like we are some toddlers at daycare and at the end of the week, you have a "quiz" on what the other interns are doing. Honestly, in every other internship, I have been to, I've never been treated like the Untouchables caste of the Indian caste system. I felt like we were treated like the ground they were walking on. The leader treats us like the scumbags of society. Avoid them at all costs. There is a Foose ball table at work in the lunchroom for playing Foose ball. Apparently we are not allowed to play it during lunch. Only after work at 5 pm. There are numerous couches scattered around work that no one uses and one day, two interns got a serious yelling that the couches were only for employees.
