Management has no respect to employees and even comes to blows with their junior employees during heated conversations which is highly unacceptable corporate culture. 6. HR has no role and follows MDs instruction 7. Salary of entire organisation goes on hold if MD feels like. 8. No incentives no bonus even if you achieve your targets. 9 Don't go by the name... it's not an MNC, no Siemens company, it's now a Proprietary company only surviving due to Siemens legacy.

The transition from Siemens to Unify to Progility being a swift one some talented employees have left for better prospects or because of loss of faith in the organisation's new owners. Even though the company is catching up with the industry pace, it is yet to establish its brand value in the market and not many people know about the company.
