1. No recognition 2. Bad work culture 3. No management only one MD who decides everything 4. Earlier was a good company now works like a PBX shop. 5. Management has no respect to employees and even comes to blows with their junior employees during heated conversations which is highly unacceptable corporate culture. 6. HR has no role and follows MDs instruction 7. Salary of entire organisation goes on hold if MD feels like. 8. No incentives no bonus even if you achieve your targets. 9 Don't go by the name... it's not an MNC, no Siemens company, it's now a Proprietary company only surviving due to Siemens legacy.
