Pros

The pay was nice. You receive an hour lunch break. You have a chance to earn bonuses. Benefits are mediocre.

Cons

Management not very supportive when need help or try to get better. Management encourages conflict amongst employees. coworkers are bullies that tell you all their problems and talk loud when you are trying to speak on the phone. Every day was about drama. No matter how hard you work you feel underappreciated

Pros

Great benefits, good staff, management really tries to have activities to make work fun.

Cons

Difficult to advance from starting as a collector. They post internal openings but do not just promote based on experience. Also they do not do raises at all.

Pros

There are no pros at PRC

Cons

There is room to advance if you are part of the " inner circle". The Management plays favorites and is not consistent. I would not suggest anyone with brain work there.

Pros

Food trucks,nice coworkers excluding management

Bullying, threats, intimidation, harrassment and constantly changing rules and commission schedules. Management consists of large egos and scared people who have little heart or social skills.

We do not accept any bullying, harassment or intimidation. We have defined 18 behaviors that we expect our employees to follow and they certainly don't include these behaviors. We investigate anything and everything that is brought to managements attention. We also have many forums for our employees to submit feedback and suggestions, perhaps you didn't pursue those. We have a suggestion box and have formed an employee council to give advice on any changes we are considering implementing. We wish that nothing ever changed as well, but our industry is very regulated and it is necessary to make changes frequently to minimize legal risk.
