I really tried to make it work at Prodege, I drank the Kool-Aid for a while. From the start, my manager was a terrible communicator and micro-manager. He'd criticize all of my emails and decisions. It was suffocating. I spoke to HR after a year of putting up with it; they told me to quit. They made no effort to understand nor investigate my concerns. You'll learn that Prodege likes to call itself a "family", yet they share information on a need-to-know basis and only promote those who are in the inner circle. Their values and their suggestion platform is a joke because HR can see who posts the "anonymous" tips/complaints. At some point, I was reassigned to a different team - without even a day's notice. This manager was a misogynist who got to the top by laughing at the boss' jokes. He had zero insight into my actual workload or day-to-day. I regret wasting years here. The turnover rate is going to continue to increase until they re-evaluate their culture and values.
