Pros

The only Pro was the possibility to work remotely

The product wasn't finished and ready to be sold at an Enterprise Level The strategy was doubtfully implemented by CEO Any request from the clients would be answered as: tell them it's on the roadmap but we don't have an ETA yet Promising to get features out by X time, but the deadline was never met, always 1-2 months late Ridiculous amount of nonsense meetings A Signup is not a LEAD it's just a signup to a free product that was mentioned in some blog or post Arrogance in knowing everything but lacking in basics of client relationship management Set clear internal processes first, teach what you preach!! Don't lie to people saying that your reps reach targets when they barely reach threshold, tell them the conversion ratio or sales figures

some nice people to work with, remote work

Cons

upper management takes top down orders from the CEO who changes things on a dime. no clear direction forward and an average product. Has no competitive advantage over others in the market. Oh and don't expect to be compensated anywhere close to market rate. Below average experience
