Pros

As a vascular access nurse the pay is good

Cons

You quickly find out that the pay is not worth the anxiety and toxicity along with the job. management is unfair and micromanages everything even though you have been proven the best employee in the department for over a year. Management is constantly looking for a reason to write you up. Also when providing evidence that management is treating employees unfairly, no one seems to care and the higher ups will always back their management. You constanly make your decisions out of fear of punishment instead of being encouraged to do well. It is not worth the damage to your mental health. You are always being talked down to and disrepected.

Pros

Multiple shifts to pick from

Cons

TOXIC MANAGEMENT. Supervisor is CLUELESS on what all goes into job duties and shifts blame onto their CSR’s instead of being accountable for their own mistakes. Supervisor also bad mouths their employees openly and out loud while on the call center floor. No common courtesy is extended to the team. No empath whatsoever from supervisor. You will be a scapegoat for their mistakes and will not be acknowledged for doing your job well whatsoever. Extremely toxic work environment specifically when it comes to how the supervisor treats you.

Pros

Great benefits such as 401k, insurance: vision, health, pharmacy, dental. Supervisors/Mangers are great and welling to help anyway they can even other employees that you work with on your team.

Cons

If you get sick and have to either call out of work or leave early to go to a drs appointment then they still give you an occurrence even if you have a drs excuse. Also if bad weather comes and you have to leave work early they still give an occurrence.

Pros

For the most part you have a flexible schedule.

Cons

The culture is very toxic and uninviting unless you are a a specific person of a specific color. Upper management is very self gratifying and does not acknowledge those lower on the totem pole that keep the company afloat. Those that put in the long hours are seen as less than although they tend to do the most. The average salary is consistently less than 30% the national average for the given position if you are not executive level. Unfortunately, this is proven by the high employee turnover rate and lack of client retention.

Pros

the employees are great and friendly

Cons

very unprofessional. managers and supervisors are petty and take everything personal hence unprofessional. they promise you chances for promotion. DONT BELIEVE THEM!!!! the give you hope but don't let you have it when the time comes due to "minor" reasons. managers don't lead by example but expect employees to follow rules. they don't appreciate their employees. HORRIBLE

Pros

none, none , none , none, none

Cons

This is the worst places I have ever work. They treat there employees like trash. Every time you take a restroom break you have to send your manager an email as to why you where in the restroom more than 5min. They never celebrate there workers. Most of the employees would work over time if need or even worth through there lunch. I have yet to see upper management telling them thank you. The training class is the worst I have ever seen. But they are so quick to write you up. Please do not work here. I am just waiting on an a job offer to leave the place.

Pros

- Holiday Bonus at end of year - Yearly raise

Cons

SUPER high turnover rate, uneven workload, employees who make mistakes are not retrained how to accurately handle duties, the work is just piled onto other employees who do the job correctly.
