Pros
Can be slow and relaxed Most of the people that work there are friendly Can take your break when you want for the most part
Cons
Management doesn't look at the competitive rates for jobs in the area Dealing with Project Managers who have no idea what they are doing because the company will hire anyone to run a department/oversee a project The company and business owners preach professionalism in the workplace, but don't hold themselves to that standard The company takes on too many projects at once, and instead of bringing in more help, they try to change the responsibilities of each department without compensation of the hours of added tasks and then send constant emails asking as to why things are not getting done No room for advancement, and when there happens to be a spot open because the last person left because it was too much, you don't get compensated for the added responsibility
