As a startup, we grow fast and it's impossible to do it in a very organized way. So it's common to do something without a defined process. So you do it, you test it, then you write a process. We still working do get better benefits, they are not bad at all, but we dream with more. As we grows, we delivery more to all. We are also struggling to have more diversity & inclusion. Some sectors we're doing well, but in other, we need to go deep into social issues to form future employees.
