      As a fast paced startup, there is plenty of opportunities to learn and develop your skills while being constantly recognized and rewarded by your efforts

      As a consequence of focusing on product deliveries, technical debts are not being dealt in the same pace their shows up

      - great company to work - they care about people - you have constant 1:1 where you can freely talk to your manager and figure out any possible problem. - really smart colleagues around you from whom you can learn
