Pros

The review before this was so good that I'm left with nothing to say about the pros. It's all there!

Cons

Just take a look at all other reviews. Everything about this Company is bad except for the pay, but honestly, it's not worth throwing your life away. Quote on quote, by the owner of the company - yours truly: "All the good experiences and the bad ones are part of my creation"

Pros

- products are not bad - you would be amazed by how it’s outdated compared to Stripe and others - but still able to attract Merchants - I think it’s parts of the BD team’s hard works and operation/dev teams running it smoothly despite daily mental illness - mostly coming from the CEO and some incompetent managers - you will learn alot about fintech industry and payment services - most likely because the experienced ones were bullied by the CEO (and/or his favorite minions) to the extent that they decided to quit so you have to learn it on your own - but hey, push yourself to the next level - if you’re a fan of Elon Musk, you are given the chance to have a mock experience of working w Elon-Musk-wannabe and soon the idolization will fade away and then comes the reality. - you will also learn that not every company having offices in different countries qualifies itself a “multinational company” - sometimes it just means optimizing cheap labor costs from developing countries - Emotional Development: You may grow empathy towards others - even with the toxic bosses - even if they make money, travel world, scream at their employees during a midnight video call/to their faces and then fall asleep in the middle of a meetup - they have their own insecurities and are humans after all - and no matter how they are unprofessional and obnoxious - still a human of their own struggles - though it can lead to struggles of others tolerating him. But this kind of emotional development only comes if you didn’t burn yourself out. I did already - You will become unbeatable since you have seen it all: micromanagement, gaslighting, stealing credits, hypocrites, not-so-handsome Jon Snows (who know nothing) - You will learn from the CEO business vision, and realize that great business vision does not always come with knowing how to manage a company. And being a Stanford graduate does not mean that you’re qualified yourself as a leader. Better learn it when prepping for your startup dream.

Cons

There are no cons. I really love this company. I think it’s one of many kinds combined

Pros

Nice colleagues, average pay, you're free and encouraged to learn as long as you want to

Cons

I would not even consider this a company, but rather a business that the CEO created to fill up the void of his loneliness and insecurities in his real life where no one wants to have anything to do with him. He opens a business and hires people just to make fun of them and to have someone willing to listen to his outrage and suffer his mental illness with him. If you are lost and have no clue what to do with your life, however, you should join the so-called company. The job is simple, you basically do nothing, just sit tight, listen to his offensive racist jokes and laugh as loudly as possible while compliment him on being such a funny and humble person, and pretend his delusions are some kind of genius.
