Pros
Oracle offers a lot of great benefits and is well established. They take care of their employees.
Cons
The culture of the company is great but each department has their own culture depending on the management. The benefits are great, but the compensation could be better. Management can be so overworked that they barely have time to assist their employees with questions or work. Turnover is high in some departments.
