      Managers are fit for Admin Jobs

      Pros

      The company is growing in Bangalore and lot of option to strive organisation changes to improve the work flow, Work Enviroment, Work live balance etc

      Cons

      Everything pertaining Management is a Cons. Give them a training pertaining People Management, how to speak to them, how to manage the work around etc. Give a Human resource training to HR, HR in this company is useless, they got hired coz, they were from the same place (Hyderabad) and their relative work in Operative at higher positions. Apart from which, they don't have brains at all.

      - No Proper Management - Worst HR Team (Probably will go to Rank no.1 in the worlds worst HR list) - Bosses at NY never know whats happening at their branch - Yes boss kind of management - Lack of strategy and future sell... - Managers are fit for any accountant job - Worst work culture, oh dear stop, this word "Work Culture" don't even exist here
