      The work is fairly interesting if you're into fintech — there's enough technical depth to keep you learning. Teammates are generally collaborative and the work environment is decent. Job stability is good compared to typical startup chaos, and leadership has a reasonable sense of direction for the product.

      Cons

      Compensation isn't the most competitive compared to market standards. Appraisal cycles could be more structured and transparent.
