Pros

1. For freshers it is a good one from learning perspective provided you're ready to compromise on the package. 2. Flexible timing and WFH option as well. 3. Appraisal is good comparatively. (PS: Depends on the manager as well)

Cons

1. For projects with one of the Big 4 - Leadership is biased & micro management prevails there. 2. No major projects other than one account (in association with Big 4). 3. Salary of the employees is not as per the industry standards. 4. Proper tools are not available for the employee related to HR & Finance activities. 5. Leave policy is not good & employee benefits are not there. (Just insurance) 6. HR & Finance team is not prompt on resolving queries.

I recently worked at New Vision Software for about a year, and I strongly advise anyone considering a position here to proceed with caution. My experience was marred by incompetent leadership and a toxic work environment, particularly within the Deloitte Levvia project (VK). The project architect (VK) is utterly incompetent and lacks basic coding knowledge. Shockingly, he delegates architectural responsibilities to junior developers with only 2-3 years of experience. If their work yields positive results, he shamelessly takes all the credit. However, if anything goes wrong, he throws these same developers under the bus, blaming them and placing them on Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) to protect himself. This pattern of behavior has impacted numerous developers during my time here. Furthermore, this architect constantly assigns his own tasks to various team members, burdening them with additional work while he remains idle. This creates an unfair and demoralizing environment for those who are actually committed to contributing to the project's success. Before joining New Vision Software, please take this review to heart. The company's leadership, particularly within the Deloitte Levvia project, is deeply flawed and fosters a toxic work culture. Consider yourself warned.

There is no job security in this company. They can terminate employees at any time without prior notice. After hiring, they schedule an interview with Deloitte, and if you do not clear it, you may be asked to leave within a week. The company has no other clients, and the management as well as HR display unprofessional behavior. This is not a good option if you are looking for long-term opportunities. Only consider joining if you have no other job in hand. Reportedly, more employees have been terminated in the last three months.
