1. For projects with one of the Big 4 - Leadership is biased & micromanagement prevails there & no major projects other than one account (in association with Big 4).

2. Salary of the employees is not as per the industry standards

We encourage employees to discuss any concerns about compensation with HR directly, as we are committed to ensuring everyone feels fairly compensated for their work. “
3. Proper tools are not available for the employee related to HR & Finance activities. -

4. Leave policy is not good & employee benefits are not there. (Just insurance) -
