Mostly relating to the parent company that’s absorbed NetEngine into their very salesy culture… - Awful pay, no regard for industry standards. I doubled my salary when I left. - Management’s care for employees is very superficial, some very questionable and borderline shady decisions. - A strong sense of nepotism in the ranks. - Too much pressure to oversell, creating a stressful environment when it comes to delivery. - Opportunities for growth are very limited, the environment and pay means proper senior/experienced developers are lacking. - Company has moved away from its forward-thinking startup-like tech culture to a dated, sales-oriented culture. - Work/clients have a tendency to dry up and NetEngine seems to be constantly on the edge of cliff.
