I noticed that here in the responses to the reviews they call their company a family for employees. In fact, you need to understand that, firstly, all work takes place remotely, that is, in fact, employees do not intersect. And secondly, the whole system is built in such a way that the support service has to simply get rid of annoying customers and ignore their requests, transfer them to other departments and so on. This is the exact opposite of what customer service should do. Of course, I could not stand it, I will look for a company that still cares about its customers and employees.
