Toxic environment and an unhealthy workplace in Portugal - UI/User Experience Designer Namecheap Employee Review

- Poor UX leadership, no vision and most of the times is a very complicated process to get to know who's proving directions - No managers to provide with the proper guidance and support - On boarding process is completely nonexistent - No career improvement - No training unless you pay from your own pocket - Poor overall management, lack of communication I'm not surprised when I see several other reviews across the company departments on Glassdoor reflecting this.
