      Really great work environment, steady pace, hybrid work policy, very experienced and down-to-earth leadership team, very pleasant new office space

      Some nice people in the team.

      Cons

      The business is awfully structured and its actually impossible to actually get anything done. Goalposts are changed and major deadlines are dropped on staff with little to barely any notice. Senior Leadership are so far removed from the rest of the business that it’s beyond a joke.

      Remote work allowed, great events organize by Sport and Social Committee, €1500 for development after 1 year and every 2 years, medical & dental plan covered, nice people to work with.

      Cons

      Bonus 5% and 2% salary increase for the past 2 years not covering inflation and it’s not aligned with market. Lack of business strategy and no female promotions.
