I recently went through the interview process for a role initially advertised as a Vendor Management Analyst at Monument Re. Unfortunately, the experience was disorganized and disappointing due to poor communication and a lack of transparency from the HR department.
First, the role title was changed mid-process to Admin Support – Vendor Management, despite the job description remaining unchanged. When I raised the discrepancy, the HR representative wrongly insisted they were two separate roles, which created unnecessary confusion.
Even more concerning, what was initially presented as a permanent position was abruptly changed to a contract role, with no confirmed duration, only an unclear estimate of 6 to 12 months.
During the Interview, the HR representative appeared to have limited knowledge of the company or the role. At one point, she had to read from a script just to explain what Monument Re does, which did not inspire confidence in the process.
Overall, the interview experience lacked clarity, structure, and professionalism. I would caution other candidates to ask direct questions and get everything in writing, as the details provided during the process were inconsistent and frequently changed.

It was a very good interview experience. Very friendly and unstressful. interviewer makes you relaxed during the interview. Questions easy and you can feel the team work but was disappointed in what concern the salary.

Intense interview, I didn't enjoy it, Lots of technical questions asked. The interviewers were quite serious. The atmosphere was not that nice, It was an embarrassing interview to be honest.
