Pros

You'll hear banking related terms

Cons

- No skill development - You will be hired as a software developer, but work is purely related to support their decade old applications. - Technical and senior team members are extremely inexperienced. During interview, just ask exactly how they use git, how they resolve conflicts?

Pros

• UPI domain knowledge • Fine Office Ambience • Salary on time • HR Policies are OK • Biryani party at month end • company is producing good number of job opportunities

Cons

•No significant training & KT process followed. •Project timelines & delivery deadlines are extremely horrible. •SBI Belapur onsite project has the worst work life balance . Forget Family and yourself once you are engaged there. Why product team should work on Saturdays? , are we facing everyday customer ? Makes no sense at all. •Absolute failure of management and leadership concerning scope & allotment of work & overall product development. •Technical leaders creating dependency by not sharing complete knowledge all at once and also keeping old legacy code running in latest projects. •People migrating here from an higher MNC might find difficult to adopt the mindless chaos & mess with every thing in rapid & hurried pace. •Limited WFH policy. Some managers even deny that. •Have to even work on your sick leave to meet the shameless project target date. •HR and management not keen on improving the work life balance of employees. • 90 days notice period.

Pros

There are no real pros that I experienced. The only way people seem to get in is through referrals—if you know someone inside, you can easily land a job here. Most employees are hired this way. On top of that, the culture feels childish; being forced to report at 10:15 AM sharp makes you feel less like a professional and more like a school student.

Cons

I worked here for a few months, and that was more than enough to see the reality. If you are considering this company, read carefully: No proper resources: You don’t get a Unity Bank laptop. Instead, you’ll have to depend on someone else’s system, beg them for OTPs, and carry laptops around like a delivery boy just to complete basic work. Inhuman work hours: Official shift is 10:15 AM – 7:15 PM, but in practice, you’ll end up working 11–12 hours daily because laptops are handed over only after shift time. Work-life balance does not exist here—if you say you have personal commitments, they simply don’t care. Unhealthy office setup: The office is on the 8th floor, and most of the time lifts are overcrowded. You’ll be forced to climb stairs daily. By the time you cross the 5th floor you’ll be gasping for breath; reaching the 8th floor feels like risking a heart attack. Toxic culture: Employees who have stayed for 5+ years act as if they own the company. They treat newcomers with zero respect. Managers themselves don’t know timelines or statuses but keep forcing deadlines onto new joiners. Zero developer freedom: You won’t have access to push code to Git or Nexus, or even execute on servers. Still, you’re expected to track code, use other people’s credentials, and somehow fix defects—often on the same day, no matter how big the issue is. Beware of people: Team leaders lacks technical knowledge and struggles even to speak on calls. Her nervous and unclear communication spreads so much confusion and fear that even people with clarity lose confidence after listening to her. ⚠️ Final Word: If you only care about money, don’t mind sitting in the office all day, and are fine forgetting your family, then this place might suit you. But if you value respect, proper tools, health, and work-life balance, stay as far away as possible.
