Learning is good if you are an extrovert and ready to sacrifice your life for the company. Using trending technologies.
Cons
Management is too biased. Straight trees are cut first and fast. Many relatives are working and of course favouritism. Work pressure - can feel it from first month and no end. Even onsite is a cons here, people get severe health issues due to long work hours and pressure. New joiners with more then 5 years experience has less chances of survival. Overall toxic environment.
