Pros
Midori has a lean, effective, and fast-moving team with smart people. It's a flat organization without the enterprise-y politics, tactics, and elbowing to get ahead. It makes it a relatively calm and stress-free environment and the flexible home office policy just adds to that. Decisions affecting the team and company life are made in a democratic way and management is open to criticism or change suggestions.
Cons
It might not be your first choice if you prefer large open office areas with many people socializing in the office. If you like to be told what to do, don't want to experiment with new things and would like to take little responsibility in your job then it's also not for you.
