Leadership has lost its way

Learned a ton from the prior Sales leadership. Very genuine and talented peers on the Sales team that were great to work for

This company is without leadership In the last year we've turned over leaders from the following departments: Sales (twice) Marketing, Customer Success, Product, RevOps At some point you would think the CEO looks in the mirror, right? Also employee departures have been handled inhumanely. People who have been at Metadata for years and put their souls into building this company are just axed and the CEO doesn't even have the common courtesy to let them say goodbye. He just cuts off their Slack and acts like they never existed.

The company had a great culture and a fabulous platform. Smart people.

Cons

The culture changed. Many people left. Backstabbing internally. Hourly CFO calling the shots and is not part of the culture.
