      Don't confuse old Meridian with new Meridian

      Pros

      - Used to love it here. Now, it's just a paycheck - Great place to work if you're a minority or women. - Fancy website - Fancy living wall in office

      Cons

      - Moral is horrible. Our top talent left the company. - We went from bad leadership to worse with a new CEO - Company is being cut up and sold - Anger. So much anger -Long time customers dropping left and right. Can you blame them?

      Pros

      Very laid-back environment with a lot of schedule flexibility and work/life balance. People are supportive and friendly. Opportunities to grow your career in the direction you want to go. Company provides great bonus structure and many benefits for health and wellness.

      Cons

      A lot of room for creativity in providing solutions, but sometimes need extra support to make it happen.

      Pros

      Good for young entry level to learn I kept my job because of my diversity Small projects You don't need to have any skills Great worklife balance since we have so much free time. I started a Yoga studio!

      Cons

      Nothing good to say about this place. I made the wrong decision by choosing this job over another. Everyone leaves within a month as soon as the realize how bad it is. Paychecks never come on time.
