Meridian IT interview questions

The interview process here was deeply misleading. I applied for the job on there website and did initial interview with HR. After a thorough interview with a Senior Director who explicitly told me I was a top candidate and that an offer would be coming the following week, the company went completely silent. Two follow-up emails to HR went unanswered. Being ghosted after a verbal commitment from leadership is unprofessional and a serious red flag. I said I’ll accept the offer but they ghosted me
