- Old technology - No strategic vision for growth - People who are satisfied with the status quo and have no desire to get better - Blotted staffing. Way too many Account Managers and Business Analysts doing hardly any work. They seem to be just high priced note takers for the client. - Zero Growth - It’s 2019 and 98% of our testing is still manual.... Really !!!! - Zero innovation in our product.. boring UI !!! - I could go on and on !!!! - extremely high turnover with full time employees. 1-2 people are quitting every week - extremely poor product quality. Most releases are associated with major production issues with the client

The senior leadership has changed everything around and started bringing in "their" people to move the company forward. In some circumstances, this would work out, but now there are more management than actual workers doing the job. You now have to answer to multiple people and do it over and over again until everyone is pleased! They quietly let go of people and bring in more and more senior staff. NO training system. NO advancement opportunities. NO ability to express problems to upper management, if you do, CANNED! I have seen this multiple times in the past few months. Good people let go!
