Staff are young, inexperienced. Management are young and lack people management skills

Thank you for your review, and we are sorry you did not enjoy your time with us. One of the positive things that staff often feed back to us is our ability to accept candidates without experience in social care (where appropriate). This is possible because of the great training we provide, for free. Our teams are often made of up a mixture of experienced staff and those who are new to the sector, which works well for the people we support, as it provides new ideas along with prior knowledge. Poor management attitude. Tried to raise a health and safety concern that we could fix easily and free. Was told maybe this isn't the job for you by a manager. They have no concern for safety or staff. Risk assessments crosses out and not replaced with anything when it suits.

This seems out of character for our organisation, as we put an extremely high premium on these matters, and invest in substantial amounts of training. Rubbish pay,disorganised, waste money on wrong areas whilst being tight in others Payroll are useless, messed up my pay several times, which caused me financial hardship,managers don’t care or listen, all round crap
